FearItself Looks to 2012

This is FearItself, with my Post-Providence Blog! I would like to thank MLG for the awesome Season, and NOS for providing me with the energy to power through it. I'd like to start by recapping what happened in Providence, but spend most of this blog talking about what I'm going to be doing in the off-season. Some things have happened already, like my Thanksgiving feast, and some are still to come, like the Ogre's Famous WinterWonderLAN. It's looking to be an exciting off-season.

Purdue University NOS Gaming Event

After a big weekend with the largest collegiate karting event in the country with the Purdue Grand Prix last weekend Purdue continued the fun with Boiler Frag 2.0. This event doubled in size from last semester, and they have found a great home on-campus in the Purdue Armory. The pictures truly tell the story from a 100 person LAN to the console gaming competition.

FearItSelf Recaps the Off-Season and MLG Dallas 2011

The 2010 MLG Season was the best year of gaming I have had thus far. I couldn’t have asked for a better year. I played for Final Boss at each Event, and we only had one lineup change after the opener. We didn’t place out of the Top 3 in any Event all Season long, and ended up winning the last three Events, including the National Championship in Dallas. I loved every moment of that Season and will remember it forever! I can only hope that my future in gaming will be as successful. I will never forget the Final Boss from 2010!
